The Cytokine Institute (TCI) is committed to assisting organizations with the development and institution of 21st century chemical and environmental hazard management programs using genomic-based tools, technology, and green practices. Founded in 2006 by Bruce S. Gillis, MD, MPH—in concert with staff and laboratories at a leading medical school—The Cytokine Institute and its consulting arm “Green Reach Consulting” currently maintain operations in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Europe. Our staff has quickly grown to more than 30 and includes scientists, physicians, attorneys, insurance, and business experts—all senior consultants whose selection is based on their technical, professional, and business achievements.

Our focus includes business and financial, insurance and litigation, medical and healthcare, and industrial consulting. Our services provide a full spectrum of business, industrial, insurance, medical and legal needs tied to toxic tort litigation and environmental, healthcare, chemical, and hazard management. In addition to our in-house consulting experts, The Cytokine Institute’s body of professional associates includes a broad array of specialists—ranging from economists to environmental experts—all readily accessible through preferred consulting arrangements and relationships.
